Our Psychiatric Team
Dr Franklin Halley
A graduate of Kansas Medical School and The Karl Menninger School of Psychiatry, Dr. Halley brings over 20 years experience to his position of Chief Medical Officer at TCN Behavioral Services. Dr. Halley is Board Certified, Buprenorphine Certified and provides services to TCN clients at Miami Valley Hospital’s Behavioral Health unit. In addition to his Chief Medical Officer duties, Dr. Halley sees both inpatient and outpatient clients.
Catilin Folsom is a graduate of Ohio University and received her Master of Science in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University in 2017 specializing as a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). Caitlin joined TCN in October 2017 and provides outpatient care to adult clients at the Xenia office and Greene County Jail.
Dr. Darnell Ladson
Dr. Ladson joined the TCN team in the summer of 2007. Dr. Ladson received his medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and is a 2007 graduate of Wright State University’s Department of Psychiatry. Dr. Ladson is Buprenorphine certified and is also Active Staff on the Behavioral Health Unit at Miami Valley Hospital. Dr. Ladson provides leadership at the Christopher House, ensuring the dually-diagnosed clients receive the highest quality of care.
Dr. Danielle Gainer
Dr. Gainer joined the TCN team in November of 2011. She received her medical degree from Wright State University in 2007 and completed her residency with the Wright State Department of Psychiatry in 2011. Dr. Gainer is Board Certified and Buprenorphine certified. Dr. Gainer primarily provides outpatient services at TCN.
Dr. Brian Merrill
Dr. Merrill is a Board-Certified Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist who provides clinical services to patients of all ages. He completed medical school, psychiatry residency and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Wright State University. He has been with TCN since 2014 and fulltime since July, 2016. Dr. Merrill is interested in a broad spectrum of community-based services including inpatient and outpatient services with an active interest in collaborating with primary care providers to delivery timely and effect mental health services. Dr. Merrill is certified to prescribe buprenorphine.
Dr. Ariz Anklesaria
Dr. Anklesaria joined the TCN team in October of 2012
Kelly Soltis is a graduate of Penn State University and received her Master of Science in Nursing from Drexel University in 2013 specializing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She is certified as a PMHNP by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Kelly joined TCN in January 2016 and provides outpatient care to adult clients at the Fairborn TCN office and Greene County Jail.
Georgia Lindsey is a graduate of University of Cincinnati specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), and Wright State University with a Master of Science in Nursing. She is certified as a PMHNP by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Georgia joined TCN in 2016 and provides outpatient care to adult clients at the Xenia TCN office.
