988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline

TCN is a 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline providing 24/7, free and confidential support for individuals and families in need of assistance.

24 Hour Crisis Hotline

TCN provides a 24 hour crisis hotline at (937) 376-8701. In the event of a crisis situation, including feeling suicidal or homicidal, anyone in need can call the hotline 24 hours a day, every day of the year. An experienced hotline operator will provide individualized attention and a plan to meet immediate goals.

Crisis Walk-in Center

In a crisis situation requiring intervention, anyone in need may walk-in, without an appointment, to any office location during our business hours. A clinician will assess and assist in clarifying concerns, identifying options, and developing a plan for ongoing resolution. In the event that a need occurs outside of business hours, please call the crisis hotline who can contact our therapist and psychiatrist when clinically necessary.

Community Crisis Intervention

Often crises occur in the community or a person's home and there are difficulties with getting that person to our office. When clinically necessary, a crisis intervention counselor will go to the home or community location of the person needing services to provide crisis assessment services and referrals for ongoing assistance. Please understand when using this service that the crisis counselor will be accompanied by a law enforcement officer for the purpose of ensuring safety for all parties. The presence of the officer is not for arrest purposes.
