“Continuum of Care” refers to a treatment system in which clients enter treatment at a level appropriate to their needs and then step up to more intense treatment or down to less intense treatment as needed. When assessment determines that a client needs the structure and intensity of residential treatment, TCN’s Substance Use Housing Continuum offers all levels of care for both men and women to ensure success after clients graduate from one level of care to the next in their recovery journey.
