Construction at Rockdell Villas, our upcoming permanent supportive housing community in Fairborn, is moving forward at a strong and positive pace. We’re excited to share that we are on track for a spring/summer 2026 opening.
Once complete, Rockdell Villas will provide 40 apartments designed to support individuals with serious and persistent mental illness who have experienced homelessness. The community will feature:
A welcoming community space for residents to gather and connect
Commercial laundry facilities
On-site social services offices
An outdoor picnic area
And most importantly, access to comprehensive behavioral health services to help residents thrive.
This project represents a major step toward expanding affordable, supportive housing in Greene County and creating a place where hope, care and stability can grow into a home.
We’re thrilled to officially launch the Rockdell Villas Brick Fundraiser, giving you a meaningful way to make a lasting impact.
Each engraved brick purchased will become part of a permanent walkway at Rockdell Villas—a powerful symbol of community support, hope, and the impact of those who make our mission possible.
