Mental Health Month begins May 1, and the TCN CARES Community is kicking it off with something special.
This year’s theme, “More Good Days,” is all about taking meaningful, realistic steps—both individually and together—to support mental wellbeing. And starting May 1, we’ll be launching our 30‑Day “More Good Days” Challenge designed for everyone in our community.

How to create more good days for yourself through self‑care, mindfulness, and setting healthy boundaries
How to create more good days for others through connection, compassion, and support
Simple, approachable actions that anyone can try. No pressure, no perfection required
Each week will spotlight ideas, reflections, and resources to help reduce stigma, encourage open conversations, and remind us that even small moments of care can make a big difference.
You don’t have to do everything.
You don’t have to do it perfectly.
Just show up where you can.
