🌱Daily Challenge - Week 1: Awareness & Care

 

This first week is all about awareness—tuning in to yourself with gentleness and care. There’s no pressure to do everything or to do it “right.” Think of these prompts as soft invitations, not a checklist.

As you move through the days ahead, you’ll focus on simple moments: noticing your breath, taking in some water or fresh air, naming a feeling, or allowing yourself to rest. These are small, everyday acts, but they can help build a stronger connection to your body, your emotions, and what you need right now.

 

Choose what feels supportive. Repeat what helps. Skip what doesn’t.  Feel free to use the links if you wish. Each small step counts, and simply showing up for yourself is enough.

 

Here’s to starting with kindness, curiosity, and one slow, intentional moment at a time. 

💚 Get Ready for Mental Health Month | More Good Days 💚

Mental Health Month begins May 1, and the TCN CARES Community is kicking it off with something special.

This year’s theme, “More Good Days,” is all about taking meaningful, realistic steps—both individually and together—to support mental wellbeing. And starting May 1, we’ll be launching our 30‑Day “More Good Days” Challenge designed for everyone in our community.

✨ What to expect:

Throughout May, we’ll share weekly posts focused on:

  • How to create more good days for yourself through self‑care, mindfulness, and setting healthy boundaries

  • How to create more good days for others through connection, compassion, and support

  • Simple, approachable actions that anyone can try. No pressure, no perfection required

Each week will spotlight ideas, reflections, and resources to help reduce stigma, encourage open conversations, and remind us that even small moments of care can make a big difference.

You don’t have to do everything.

You don’t have to do it perfectly.

Just show up where you can.
